The Victoria Can Tho Resort's French Chef, David Lacroix, has more than 10 years experience in Hotels and Restaurants in Europe, Canada and Vietnam. His cuisine ensures that guests are able to sample the best fare that the Mekong Delta has to offer. Especially delicious is his Gazpacho of Vietnamese Blue Crab with Whipped Cream.

The Victoria Can Tho Resort's Spices Restaurant overlooks the Hau River, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The Restaurant offers casual all day dining with both European and Vietnamese Cuisine.

CUU LONG BAR
The Cuu Long Bar features an open-air environment and offers a vast range of cocktails and beverages; it also serves a selection of typical Vietnamese drinks. Cuu Long Bar features a pool table and games and also services the pool area.
