Policies

Please note that the transfer bus departs from Hanoi at 7:30AM from Thien Bao Building, 47 Le Van Huu Street, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi and boat embarkation starts at 12:00pm at Victory Café, Vina Shin port, 6A Le Thanh Tong Street, Bach Dang Ward, Hon Gai Port, Halong. Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi and Halong at least 48 hours in advance for the pick-up service. Please contact the cruise for more information. Cruise itinerary and schedule subject to change upon weather and operations conditions. 

Please note that an advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, visa expiry date for all Passengers. A valid passport or ID is required upon check-in on board. 

All inclusive package will start at lunch time and will finish after breakfast on day of departure and includes:
